To provide a service to our customers, Cultura Kids needs to process a variety of personal data about individuals, including those working for or with us, past and present participants and their parents or carers. Read more about this in our

Safeguarding

​

We take the safeguarding of children seriously. Everyone at Cultura Kids has undergone an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (EDBS) background check and has received training in safeguarding and child protection. Among other policies, we also follow both a Health and Safety and a Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and have procedures in place to implement those.

 

We follow the UK Government’s Department for Education Guidance for Out-of-School Settings when conducting our Spanish lessons. Child Behaviour Code

Our registration form asks you to agree to your child following the Child Behaviour Code. This can be found here.
